Join us this December for a heart-centered, grounding journey into the holiday season — where you’ll learn how to stay nourished, balanced, and connected to what truly matters.
Many years ago, the holidays felt overwhelming — the rushing, the expectations, the constant “go.” But over time, I began focusing more on presence instead of perfection, and everything shifted. I learned to slow down, choose what mattered most, and gently surrender the rest. I discovered that even in the busiest season, we can create pockets of peace, joy, and nourishment with simple, intentional practices.
This month, we’ll explore how to support your body, energy, and spirit during the holidays using gentle self-care, light-based circadian tools, and mindset shifts that help you stay grounded and aligned — even when life gets busy.

Release expectations, let go of pressure, and reconnect with presence, intuition, and ease. Learn what’s truly yours to carry — and what you can lovingly set down.
• Supporting Your Circadian Rhythm During the Holidays
Discover how light, food timing, hydration, and rest help regulate mood, stress, and energy. Learn simple quantum biology tools to support balance during a busy season.
• Holiday Health Strategies
Explore gentle, realistic practices for staying grounded, nourished, and well — without restriction, stress, or guilt.
• Self-Care for the Season
Create a holiday self-care plan that blends nurturing rituals with meaningful “grown-up” self-care. We’ll also make simple self-care recipes to enjoy throughout the season.
