🌊 Sea Glass Creations: A Whimsical Art Experience

Join us for a relaxing and creative virtual art class where we’ll turn beautiful sea glass into unique, one-of-a-kind creations!

In this class, you’ll gather your own sea glass (or purchase some ahead of time) and explore how to transform these ocean-tumbled treasures into art. Christine will share a variety of inspiring examples - hearts, flowers, whimsical people, sailboats, etc - to spark your imagination.

You’ll then take a closer look at your own sea glass pieces and discover what designs naturally emerge for you. This intuitive approach makes every piece personal, meaningful, and completely unique.

We will be working on a sturdy paper base and using sea glass as our main design element. You’ll also have the option to enhance your piece with watercolor, markers, or acrylic paint to bring your creation to life.

This class is perfect for all skill levels. Whether you’re new to mixed media or a seasoned creative, you’ll be guided step-by-step while still having the freedom to explore your own style.

You’ll learn tips for:

• ·      creating balance and flow in your composition

• ·      combining sea glass with paint and mixed media

• ·      turning simple shapes into meaningful imagery

There’s so much room for creativity in this class - your sea glass might become a heart, a shoreline scene, a sailboat drifting across water, or something completely unexpected.

Class fee: $14 - includes live instruction
