In this free class, we’ll explore my guided journal Create Your World: A Guide for Living a Happy, Healthy, and Creative Life, and dive into a powerful vision board journaling session. Together, we will:

During class, you’ll have the chance to create your vision board right inside your journal, or on a separate piece of paper or canvas—whatever feels best to you.

Through a blend of guided prompts and vision board techniques, you’ll gain mindfulness, clarity, and creative momentum—perfect for bringing your dreams into reality.

This class is more than a lesson—it’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and dream, so you can create your world one step at a time.

• Paper or canvas (optional) if you prefer a separate vision board not using the journal
• A pen, markers, etc
• A few old magazines or printed images
• Scissors and a glue stick (or tape)
• Any other art materials you might have - stamps, stickers, etc
• An open heart
